Delivery Policy – AARAA Couture

• We strive to deliver every order in excellent condition and within the earliest possible time.

• Delivery charges, timelines, and payment options may vary depending on your pin code and logistics availability.

• Shipping timelines are subject to logistics partner availability and may change accordingly. 

• If an order is returned after delivery, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. For self-shipped returns, we will reimburse up to ₹160.

• The order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT/GST, or any other applicable charges. 

• If your prepaid order is marked as delivered but has not been received, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for Proof of Delivery (POD) investigation as per company policy.
