Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can place an order as a guest by providing your shipping and billing details, selecting your payment method, and confirming your order.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept multiple payment options:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking

Is it safe to pay with my card online?
Yes. All online transactions are processed securely via PayU Money. Your personal and payment details are completely protected. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

There was a payment failure while placing my order. What should I do?
If the amount has been deducted from your bank account, it is usually credited back within 24 hours. If you don’t receive it in that time, please contact us with your bank statement, and we’ll help you resolve it.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order by calling or emailing us with your reason for cancellation. Please note: if your order has already been shipped, cancellation won’t be possible.


Size, Fit & Fabric Related

How can I choose the right size for me?
You can refer to our Size Chart available on every product page (just above the “Go to Bag” button).

What if my size is not available?
We cannot guarantee when a size will be restocked. You can add the product to your wishlist, and we’ll notify you when it becomes available again.

Do you provide customization?
No, we do not offer customization at the moment. You may get alterations done locally if required.

What are the fabric care instructions?
To maintain the longevity and quality of your garments:

  • Georgette & Silk: Dry clean or hand wash with mild detergent. Avoid wringing.
  • Cotton: Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Iron on medium heat.
  • Velvet: Dry clean only. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve color.

Always store your clothes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For first-time cleaning, we recommend dry cleaning.


Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Do I have to pay delivery charges?
No. Shipping is free on all orders placed through www.aaraacouture.com.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS. You can use the AWB number to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

Why haven’t I received my order yet?
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to courier or logistics issues. We’ll keep you updated via phone or email

Can I get my order delivered to multiple addresses?
No. Each order can only be delivered to one address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. For international shipping, please call us - +91-7259864558 directly for assistance.

What if delivery is not available in my area?
We’re constantly adding more pin codes to our delivery network. If your pin code isn’t serviceable now, please check again later.

How do I return my order?
We only accept return if there is only damage in the product while opening and a mandatory video is necessary. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated once we receive the returned product and it clears our quality check. It usually takes 4–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account (for prepaid orders).
